Next Gen Car Club Product Warranty Policy

1. WARRANTY PERIOD:

All products purchased from Next Gen Car Club are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 14 days from the date of original purchase.

2. COVERAGE:

  • This warranty covers only the original purchaser and is not transferable.
  • The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use within the 14-day period.
  • Next Gen Car Club will repair or replace any defective product free of charge.

3. EXCLUSIONS:

  • Does not cover damages from accidents, misuse, abuse, or expected wear.
  • Do not leave products in direct sunlight or heat for long periods.
  • Clearance and Final Sale items are not covered.

4. CLAIMS PROCESS:

  • Contact us via the form below with proof of purchase and a description of the defect.
  • Customer pays for shipping for assessment; we cover return shipping if the claim is valid.

5. LIMITATION OF DAMAGES:

In no event shall Next Gen Car Club be liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product.
